As Tom said, it's a Holden Evoke. Holden was an Australian vehicle manufacturer owned by GM, Holden stop making their own cars in 2017/2018 and now import other GM products and re-badge them. Holden designed and manufactured cars such as the Chevy SS, Chevy PPV, in part designed the new Colorados and many more.
