I modeled this skin off of Kilroy95's "[ELS] 2016 LSPD FPIU (Columbia, SC Based) 1.1.0" You can find it below.

 

 

This skin is based off of Adams county Sheriffs department in Colorado. I told you to keep your eye out when I made the Caprice skin and here it is!

 

This download includes... 

 

- One Gruppe Sechs Ford Explorer skin

- Amber lighting skin

- Amber lighting with siren ELS file

 

As far as I can tell, this skin is complete for the time being. If you find any problem with the skin, please leave a comment or review and I'll try and fix it as soon as possible.
