I was planning on making one but couldnt find a real life resemblance. I dont believe that the CHP has a bearcat.

They do.. they have it in their lip sync thing from a year ago and doing some further research to find photos I found this and a few others like this

Yes they have a bearcat but looking at this pic and the one from the lip sync, there doesnt seem to be anything on it, just a black paint job.
