My very First attempt at a ELS car. its by far not done but I wanted to get it out there and get some feed back its slotted for policeold2 also if the ytd file is not showing textures message me so I can fix it

Heres the correct credits for the liberty. I dont want to take all credit for the lightbar when all I did was remapped and put emmsives on it so its ready to import and move.

im  a noob how i install this with open iv ? there is no readme....?

when you go into open IV go t to your mods folder update x64 patchday (latest patch day )x64 levels gtav and vehicle rpf and hit edit mode and drag and drop the files
