This is a multi agency pack based on Chicago IL, Cook,County Il and Illinois state Police,  they are as accurate as I can get , I enjoyed making thes cars for you all to enjoy plese feel free to leave a comment and review please. I will be adding police2 and 3 as Cpd at a later time.

This is a two car pack based on the Illinois state police and as close as I can get it to their markings but instead of Illinois they are san andreas marked.  A lot of went into these so plese leave a review and feed back it would be much appreciated.

This is a SAHP cvpi slotted for police4 a lot of detail and work has gone into this car I believe its the best on I  made yet. leave suggestions so I can improve thanks.

this is a loosely based on Indiana sheriffs department as LSSD.

This is another creation I have done with learning how to make a traffic advisor custom through ELS I hoe you all will enjoy. It covers police(CVPI) police2(unmarked) and Police3(marked charger).  If I forgot you in the credits leave a comment not my intention I work in corrections so long hours cloud my memory....sorry. I made a big oops so I redone the  skins completely and hope you all enjoy.

another skin pack one is very close to the Kentucky vehicle enforcement with Kentucky markings the other is grey and white fictional SAHP car shin

This is loosely based on my county I live in Hardin County Illinois Sheriff Skins and one in honor of Cancer awareness all for the CVPI.  I hope Y'all enjoy the skins.
 
 

Ok Another skin but for the KVE Ped I created earlier,  this skin is very loosely based on the Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement,  using Kilroy95's 2004 CVI Pack credits to all who  all created the car so here it is hope you enjoy comment or rate Thanks!

This is my first creation on customization it is based on the old style uniforms Of the Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement this includes pants , hat, long sleeve and short sleeve shirts.

OPENIV mods update update rpf  x 64 eup eup_componetpeds.rpf 
mp_m_freemode_01_male_freemode_business go to jbib_diff_003_a_uni.ytd hit edit and replace the image (long Sleeve) 
mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_january2016 go to jbib_diff_000_a_uni.ytd Hit edit and replace image (short sleeve)
mp_m_freemode_01_male_freemode_business2 go to lowr_diff_001_b_whi.ytd Hit Edit and replace Image (Pants)
then got to eup_componentpeds_p.rpf  mp_f_freemode_01_p  p_head_diff_013_c.ytd and then to mp_m_freemode_01_p p_head_diff_013_c.ytd for the hat there is two files in EUP with this name thats why it is in here twice replace both for it to work 
 
and there you go
