Texas DPS State Trooper [Eup] 1.0.0

Being a Texas Native, i'm always inclined to use a Texas State Trooper Ped, however, this ped is not correct and needs some work.
The Badge (right breast) needs a new bumpmap (as it currently uses the default bump) as evident here 

and the patch on the side of the arms is wayyy tooo big; it should be about 7% smaller than it currently is right now. Example here; 

If you were to edit this, I would say that in my honest opinion, the ped would look amazing. 

How do I fix this ?

ow thats sad to hear. Do you maybe have the time to update it or do you know somone ho has a texas pack that will work

have you found a working version? i made a texas sig sauer and cvpi and i'm not really trying to make the outfit so i'm trying to find a texas dps uniform for eup
