A skin i made a few years ago that has been uploaded to GTA5-mods.com for a while that im also uploading here.

A skin to Prophet`s police vehicle, this changes the leverie and the police lights from red and blue to green and Orange (not ELS) 
UPDATES, what im gonna do With this model is to update the liverie to 4K, im currently working on it 

u will need to download Prophet`s YTF files from here http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8704-1999-ford-crown-victoria-with-whelen-edge-lightbar/
install his vehicle and then overwrite his YTD files with mine

and the Visual settings file that removes carona on police lights and makes them brighter 

The ZIP includes the visualsettings file that removes carona and makes policelights brighter With instructions, if you already got it installed in update>update.rpf>common>data, then you dont need to worry about installing this file 

install to x64e-levels-gta5-vehicles.rpf
