2013 Caprice Los Santos Livery (Patrol & Supervisor) 1.0.2

I will never understand why people come out with single vehicle livery packs. why? this car is the only car in the fleet that is going to have this livery? that's why your downloads won't be high. no one just wants one car in the fleet to look off.

This is my first ever livery I have made, so im still getting used it making them.
