After downloading the vehicle model and installing it, download the ytd file and drag and drop it to replace the default ytd file in open iv.
OpenIV:  mods> update> x64> dlcpacks > patchday20ng> dlc.rpf> x64> levels>gta5 > vehicles.pdf

Not sure if this was intentional or not but it seems like the graphics we're uploaded twice? There doesn't appear to be any deviation between the screenshots. Is there a difference between the two or was that just accidental?
