Second, in the site that was posted in the comments, it tells you "You don't have permission to Download". And if all you need is an account, the moment you make one (tried this twice), you get marked as a spam account immediately.

 

Third off, I don't need a lecture on "I can do what I want with my work". You sound like an immature kid saying that. How about you take some responsibility, and update your mods like every other legitimate dev does, instead of being like the other POS devs out there that just post something and leave it to dry. Most of us like finding reliable things, and are getting tired of finding something, just to find out that its crap and doesn't even work, and sometimes even breaks our damn game. You are literally proof of the reason on why so many people don't even waste their time with LSPDFR now a days, and just play FiveM lol.

 

Look at all the comments, saying that your mod doesn't work. You say you have EUP in the mod, and the last update was in Feb of 2019. Literally 2 years have gone by, and you have done nothing as far as this site is concerned. People shouldn't have to go through loopholes and hoops to download a stinkin mod. And yeah, you are right, you didn't make us download it. But guess what guy; You don't like people dissing on your work? Well we don't like Devs that waste our time.

First and foremost you need to keep in mind that I don't work for you or owe you anything.

I do not post about or advertise the other site here as its against rules as far as i know and also as you mentioned you could have simply looked at the date and seen this mod hasn't been updated on this site in 2 years. Myself and many other "legitimate devs" left this site because of toxic demanding community members, theft, ripping, staff refusal to take action on the theft, and then flat out censorship of the devs that were asking for something to be done about it. So no longer releasing things that i put money and effort into on this site is my decision.

You're welcome for the help with gaining access, enjoy the mod, all you had to do was ask.

Broken pack and the author isn't providing any support. Just use something else, everyone.

EDIT: Just read the previous comments and learned the mods broken and the authors a tool.
I can't find the correct files to replace or add textures - I'm mostly trying to install the long sleeve sheriff's shirt and the in mourning sheriff badge.
the instructions tell to go into the EUP Folder but theres no matching jbib and the mod dev didnt include the actual model only the retexture. 
Where can I find the correct model for the longsleeve sheriff's jbib shirt?

Imagine trying to install a mod that says clearly on the download page that it hasn't been updated in 2 years and then getting mad at the author because you couldn't figure out that it was outdated.

I don't visit much or release on this site anymore for a lot of reasons mostly toxic entitled community members like yourself and the leaking / ripping community that hangs out here. Not only will this work with the proper eup version and the replacement peds work fine regardless of eup version, but there are also newer versions of the pack out there and I still support this pack and still work on updates for it. All you would have had to do was take a quick second to contact the author and ask and I would have helped you out, but you'd rather act like a child.

So I hit an issue with the instructions, it says mods > update > update.rpf > x64 > eup > eup_componentpeds.rpf, yet I don't see eup in the x64 file. Is there something I'm missing or am I just stupid?

Yeah I'm having the same issue, but a bit more extreme. I installed the uniforms correctly, but when I select the uniform through EUP menu, it comes out completely messed up with random clothes everywhere. Any help will be appreciated. Have a nice day everyone!

Do these uniforms work with female EUP?

When I tried installing this I had a lot of missing models and textures, any idea why this is? I followed the read me to the best of my ability, I read it at least five times before trying to do it and still had no luck.

hey, so if anyone finds this, i have a problem. the ped textures are great, but my problem is with the textures for my character. i installed everything multiple times, but when i open up eup and try something, the textures are either incorrect or just checkerboard. any help?

Any idea why some of the outfits are invisible? Like the torso, arm, hands, etc. is "see through" since there is nothing covering it.

He has the wrong destination. should be mods > update > x64 > eup > eup_componentpeds.rpf

This does NOT work, it is for eup 7.8 or something, EUP 8.1 is on Modification Universe so unless you have EUP 8.1 these won't work.

Could i possibly convert this to EUP 9.3? it would be for personal use.

So I have a problem I install custom uniforms for this pack   when I open my wardrobe and select my uniforms I installed i have unexplainable outfits that look nothing like uniforms at all I installed everything in open iv I’ve  looked over everything I’ve done, and all the videos I watch to install everything with everything looks correct i don’t know what my problem is can anyone help

Maybe because it is for like EUP 8.0, and rn the current EUP is 8.2

yeah i figured lmao 

do they take the place of BCSO uniforms or lspd in the eup menu?

when i download this for the eup thing. The textures are misplaced and not great at all.
