Thin Blue Designs Role-Play - Old Skin Set 1.0

This pack contains skins for Liberty City, State, and County departments. These used to be used for TBD-RP (Thin Blue Designs Role-Play) but recently we revamped the whole police department's vehicles with new custom skins. So I figured maybe some people who still play LCPDFR might get some use out of them. The pack includes skin for many vehicles for each department the screenshots are only a small few for the actual textures included in this pack. Each department supports at least 3 vehicles, some with different unit types like supervisor. Enjoy!
