Nice texture! But there is an inconsistency. The door logo says "los santos" while the text at the top of the rear says "san andreas" Just thought I would mention that.

You call this project "half-a**ed" skins, but i think they're pretty cool. I like them a lot, really. Can you add an International DuraStar Medic Unit to it and give it the same style skin as the Engine? I also hope to see a ladder in this pack. I'd love to help with the development! However, i don't believe i have the correct experience to help. I don't even know how people upload skins, or what they use to make them, let alone how they work. I hope to make some skins of my own some day, but as with all new hobbies, it takes time to learn.
