INSTALLATION: GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latestpatchday/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

once it is installed click on sheriff+hi.ytd or the name you have changed it to and replace the    cvpi_sign_1,2,3 to the skin you have installed and you are done  ;-)
