Information:

I've been working on this pack now for well over a month, with at least a week or so dedicated to testing to make sure this pack was fit for purpose. 

The pack contains 8 vehicles, ranging from patrol vehicles to SWAT trucks. They are based loosely off the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, but instead it features a different light pattern. The pack features a full halogen light bar, with additional lighting across the vehicle.

 

This pack contains:

  • 2010-2013 Police Supervisor Vehicle
  • 2011 Police Crown Victoria Patrol Vehicle
  • 2014 Police Dodge Charger Patrol Vehicle
  • 2016 Police Taurus Patrol Vehicle
  • 2013 Police Ford Explorer Patrol Vehicle
  • 2015 Police Chevy Tahoe Patrol Vehicle
  • Lenco Bearcat SWAT Vehicle
  • 2011 Expedition Patrol and Supervisor Vehicle
  • 2014 Caprice Patrol Vehicle
  • Chevy Express PT/ Detention Van

The carcols.ymt and the carvariations files are necessary for the light bar to work properly. Full details can be found the ReadMe.

These vehicles are not based of any specific department. Please don't comment on it being inaccurate or whatever. It's not meant to be.

Known Bugs:

  • Cuffed individuals will partially stick through the back panels of the Express. If they sit regularly, this does not occur (uncuffed).
  • Insides of the Expeditions tires have no textures (fixing as we speak... I hope)

For some reason whenever I use this or even the Toronto police pack with the same kind of lights I get the rotator light steady burning when I have the lights switched off (lights don't rotate when switched off so that's working). If you're using RDE you need to change out the carcols and carvariations in that too. It's calssed as a DLC and overwrites my stuff.

I know this pack is technically complete, however I was wondering, do you have any plans to fix the small Charger rambar and possibly add a 2016 FPIU?

As I said before, I lost the files to this pack when my HDD died in Feb this year. 

 

However, it’s such a loved pack I may have to revisit it

    This is a really nice pack, but I have no idea how to use the rotators. I have ELS and Radiance V installed but the rotators are still. For instance on the Tahoe the rightmost red light is facing backwards while the rest are facing forwards. Is there a mod I need to get the rotators to work?

     

    Nevermind, I put the carvariations.meta file in the wrong spot.

    I'm not sure what is causing it, but the Ford Expedition flips at 17 miles per hour, if you could help me with them, please do... Other than that, I love the pack, and I'm looking forward to patrolling with it for a while.

    1950922569_Screenshot(7).thumb.png.7f0b5b31d16a5992226ce1466b1ea5f5.pngHey man I just downloaded your pack a few months ago, I just added it into my game but the lightbar on top doesn't seem to work fine, it was working fine before I closed the game, I replaced the carcols included on the pack, but I can't get to work again like before, I closed the game to replace the polmav to a different helicopter, I was using the realistic radiance I decided to change it with the RadianceV that's the only thing I did before it happened, Here is a picture of the vehicle, (The other cars seem to be working fine except police, police 2, police 3) The Silverado is on a different folder (I'm using ModdingDLCPackV, that's the location of the other cars that are working properly) Sorry for my English I'm not that good at it, So to make it short I have problems with the lightbar on top of the other vehicles (POLICE,POLICE2,POLICE3).

    Fixed it, I don't know much about cars I don't even know what a rotator means just learned something new I guess, thanks for the great cars, I'm currently using 3 of your pack they work great.

    Hi! I was wondering if you have a carvariations.meta that will work with the bonus cars for your pack? Such as a Transport Van and Tahoe etc. I'm not so good at editing those myself :s cheers

    Vehicles look amazing, but the white ELS lights are way too bright for me 😞 Using Visual V and Natural Vision Remastered.

    When i replaced the carcols.ymt it was 100kb smaller than the one in the game will that cause problems?

    Also, awesome pack dude good job, the rotators look awesome. Did great on the Ford Expedition I wish more people would include Expedition's in their pakcs.

    Hi @Jedahdiah, I love your pack but I have a small issue. I use this and your Blaine County pack, specifically this one and I use the FPIS from that pack as sheriff and the Tahoe as Sheriff2. After installing your BC pack, police3, the FPIS in the LSMPD pack has an issue with the lightbar. More specifically, the lightbar from the BC pack is on top of the LSMPD car. Any suggestions to fix this?

    I like this model could there be Ambulance and Fire have the same texture and lights along with BCSO so it is one pack that would complete the pack altogether.
