[ELS] 2010 Slicktop Indiana State Police CVPI 1.0

Sad that they're phasing out the CVPI in many, if not all states. Replacing it with the FPIU I imagine because I see a lot more of those lately than I do anything else in the real world. Good looking car by the way!

In Indiana they are bringing in brand new chargers which I don't get, rear wheel drive, I mean we get some pretty bad weather and the roads are far from flat.
