8/6/18 New update, yay, Now move along, Nothing to see here except my wife left me & took the kids.

 

So...After about 11 months of working on this pack(and being lazy), I present to you the Philadelphia Police Pack for GTA V. The pack has a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria, 2012 Chevrolet Impala, 2011 - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe & a 2013+ Ford Interceptor Sedan. I tried to make it as accurate as I can. Some vehicles don't have Police radios in them since PPD is removing the Police radios in them, but there is a mic on the console for the PA. The Ford Utility may come later. If you enjoy my Philadelphia Police Pack for IV, Then you may enjoy this one. BTW all skins are 2K to spare texture loss . This Pack is a work in progress So this is not a finish pack & may never will be.

 

If you want Lore friendly, I suggest to use @t0y Philadelphia Police based LSPD skins here 

 

I didn't know when he would put the skins back up, so that's why I waited.

 

Bugs i know about(May fix)

- Lightbar Glass don't break
- Windows don't break on CVPI or 2015 Tahoe
- All Liberty II Vehicles & the 2012 Impala have Takedowns

 

Install you should already know how to mod GTA V, if not LOOK IT UP ON YOUTUBE or go

 

With OpenIV, go to

 

If you have a mods folder go to

Q: Why aren't my lights bright?
A: You do not have light-enhancing mods installed. Download RadianceV, or another visualsettings.dat mod.
or other mods that increase emergency lighting brightness.

Q: Why aren't my lights flashing?
A: Make sure ELS is installed, and the VCF name matches the car file name.

Q: Will you please help me ins--
A: Did you read the readme? No? Sorry, can't help you. Yes? Then ask in the forums.

Q: I dont have the latest patch &/ or anything else?
A: Then put the car in your latest pactch day, or copy the latest patch &/ or anything else over.
 
Q: Why does my game crash after I install the car/meta/VCF?
A: I don't know, it works in my game.  

Q: Will you send me ______?
A: No.

Q: Can I make skins for this vehicle?
A: By all means, go ahead, just dont re-upload the vehicle model itself.

Q: WTF IS RDE?????
A: If you don't know what it is then don't worry about it.

Q: May I use this pack in my FiveM server?
A: IDC Go right ahead. I have better things to do these days.

What's been updated?
- Redid all the cars with different parts
- Made the interior console setups a bit more accurate
- Removed any radios I left for some reason

    By now, She's either retired or moved to a unmarked unit or division since they only let the vehicle run in revenue service for at least seven to eight years or until they reach their 100K mark.

    i saw the vehicle in 2017 but not 2018 any updates on the chevy van?

    Best I can tell you is you can copy the one from the unmarked sedan or utility and use that one.

    I re-installed this classic tonight and I'm absolutely amazed at your attention to detail, dude. The fact you added the bullet proof glass on the newer FPIS is really something! I dig it. 🙂

    Hey, everything in this pack is awesome but can you add a legit SWAT philly SWAT vehicle with functioning ELS? maybe an F350.

    Hi @Vegas725 I'm Japanese. Although it is late, I would like to make a little proposal like this. If possible, why not build a DHS bearcat or an els police pack from Torrance, CA (consisting of 2018 charger 2020suberban and so on). The reason is that I was impressed by this authentic Philadelphia pack. It's brightly colored on the outside and accurate on the inside. Because no one else wants to do it. "If you don't mind, can you give me a reply?"
