[ELS] Windsor Police Service 1.0.0

This is a Windsor Police Service "Mini Pack" including a skin for the 2017 Charger and 2017 FPIU. These models (not made by myself) both have new edited ELS files.

I am from Windsor and have yet to see a more accurate set of textures regarding the more commonly used patrol vehicles, that being the 2016 Charger and 2017 FPIU so i decided to go along and make them.

The vehicles look as realistic as possible texture wise and as for the models; I have found and changed lighting on them so they are most accurate to the real versions.

There is no spot on perfect Windsor based models with exact lights and what not, so here is the textures if you happen to create a model that reflects Windsor Police Service please let me know and I will update this file with proper credits and include that model!
