As someone else said, you're not supposed to upload the vehicle files.  Remove those before the mods do.

Second, based off the screenshots, the "State Trooper" text is crooked on both sides.

you also uploaded this in vehicle models, not vehicle textures.

Please reupload this file as a VEHICLE TEXTURE, not a model.

Please get rid of that darn bulldog, it looks very unprofessional and doesn't even belong in there.. also center and fix the crooked text, it annoys me.

 I would want to be seen working on a highway all day, maybe add decals to the trunk.. unless of course the agency can't afford them... and thank you for clarifying that this is for GTA V, I could've gotten lost in the GTA V download section.

I agree with you. A lot of people when they see bad decals and whatnot, they approach it very rudely and give criticism, but they aren't trying to help or better the person like you are. So I give props to you for approaching it the right way.

Thanks for the support it really helps i will look into it 

After you get some practice and more skill, later down the road you will look back at this and say "What the hell was I thinking". That was me looking back at my first skins. Even to this day I still look back at some from last month say the same thing lol  

A tip I can give you is go on google find a car and try to copy it the best you can.  I'm currently trying to figure out something for people to practice there skills on creating car textures.
