Detroit Police Radar Crown Victoria Livery 1.0.0

(1 review)

25 Screenshots

Detroit as most of you know is bankrupt. Police budget slashed. Less cops and cars brutally in need of service. The only car keeping DPD is alive is the Crown Vic. They made the radar cvpi a simple design meant to enforce the law,. Here I have made the radar skin. I tried to make it resemble the real deal even using real plates. This vehicle is meant for BXBUGS ELS CVPI, it's a great vehicle recommend you download it. Link is below as always. And if your down their check out the CVPI petition and sign it, every signature counts. But anyway guys take care and I'll see you at my next release!

By the way special thanks to @Ben means a lot for what you did for me buddy, thanks a bunch!

Hey guys I just wanted you to know I'm doing a little project to bring back the Ford Crown Victoria. If you want to help me click the link below to sign my petition from change.org.

Also I made a brochure on how the next gen Crown Vic will be made, be sure to check it out on your spare time.

I'm aware of the recent and unfortunate shutdown of Open IV. Just like my role model, @thegreathah I will continue to make and release textures til they are declared illegal. Take care guys and hopefull Take Two comes back to their senses.

now sure how you mess up such a simple texture but you did.. wrong fonts all around and it is extremely low quality.

@xMoD thanks for the feedback tried to make it look close to the real deal. And it may look poor quality because to be honest i don't have a 60fps conputer. But thanks for the feedback.

I've made a lore version previously so I know the fonts they use is FrizQua Bold and Eurostile. Also just a heads up you are using civ plates.

@BradM oh nice but I made this texture myself and I got the plate from google images. And thanks for the font style, good info to have.

Right, let's list some inconsistencies:

  1. That damned .gif is a Crown Victoria, yes, but it's the wrong one. How are you supposed to appeal to the GTA V fanbase when you, of all people, put up the wrong gif?
  2. Why on earth is a new DPD Taurus on there? It doesn't even relate to this mod at all, and just seems very out of place and confusing.

@Hullian111 well first yeah it's wrong one but looks nice moreover couldn't find radar cvpi online

Also I like DPD's Taurus. Nice decal and the pic I chose is pretty nice looking. That's it.

So that's why they're their and I don't plan to change it. So yeah...

You don't need a "60 FPS" computer to produce 4k textures.
