"San Andreas Law Enforcement Agency" Pack based off of Alabama State Police 1.0.0

Three days ago I had no clue how to do any of this, and three days later I have finished my first skin pack! I This pack is based off of Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, it includes a couple of vehicles that they use, and also a few that they don't. Please keep in mind that THIS IS MY FIRST SKIN PACK and it will not be perfect, you will see things and wonder "why the hell did he do this" if you notice anything please message me or leave a comment, or drop a review and depending on the error, I will work on it when I get the chance. I also would like to give major credit to LukeDaus, Brad M, and Officer Fabe. Without you three guys I would've been in deep trouble. With all that being said please enjoy my pack!!

I BELIEVE THAT ALL BLUE LIGHTS ARE THE WAY TO GO ON THIS PACK THE MOD BELOW HAS BLUE LIGHTS FOR THE CAPRICE AND THE SHERIFF PACK BELOW HAS BLUE LIGHTS

Cars I used : http://www.gta-mod-center.com/forum/index.php?/files/file/767-lssd-mini-mega-pack/          - I used the Tahoe, FPIU, Taurus , All 3 charges and the CVPI by Officer Underwood from this pack.

Good start. could use a little better resolution and the same sizing on each side, but dont get me wrong; for a start this is pretty good. Takes time to get better and after some practice it will all come naturally. Good job man, keep it up!

Thank you, for me it was kind of hard to find the same placement for my logo, and my text. Is there a tool on photoshop to do this??

Yes; On Paint.net and Photoshop you can just duplicate the layer that has the logo on it so it stays the same size. to rotate it, just use the bar at the top and under layers you should be able to flip the layer horizontally.
