    Once you added your sounds extract RESDIENT.rpf and WEAPONS_PLAYER.rpf to desktop, you will need ArchiveFix(App) to proceed, drag both RPF's to the App itself and it will Fix them for you, now all you have to do is Replace the RPF's again and you are done!     You see, sometimes it goes silent even tho you installed it correctly or first installed RGSv4.1 and then your sound pack. So i know how to fix it.
