!!! This is not a file that replaces the original, It should only be run in the background !!!

Features radio chatter taken from Wisconsin PD

What does it do?

  • This is a simple file that plays a pre-recorded (not live) audio file in the background when you play GTA IV
  • The radio will play for about 1 hour so that frequent rewinds are not needed
  • It runs on low spec pc's (mines is only 3GB and it works)

! Do not replace the original file just run it in the background using a media player !

I would love to be able to do LAPD but they changed their radio to encrypted so I cant do it easily however I could try?

The only way you would be able to get any LAPD files would be if you found an archive set of audio files. Dont waste your time trying to get the current encrypted files unless you are like a massive hacker or know someone who is good with that stuff.
