2015 Slicktop Dodge Potato (Charger) Los Angeles Department of Transportation Parking Enforcement Texture 1.0.0

This is my skin for the 2015 Dodge Potato by MrPotato.

This takes on a fictional LADOT texture which acts for people who are looking to do some parking enforcement in their patrols. All work on this texture was done by me, with some creative help from a couple of friends. I hope you enjoy~

Installation: Goto where you installed the original vehicle with OpenIV, and open the YTD file and replace the chrgr_sign
