The liveries are based from the Sumter, South Carolina Police Department's cars. Instead of City of Sumter, they do say Los Santos County instead. They are not exact at all, but very similar. Sumter is my hometown.

Same, they aren't half bad. Definitely need some work, but a good start! This is an example of one that I made for IV (some extra stuff for the community I made them for):

On a side note, in your description you say they are the Sumter County, but these are the City of Sumter.

Thanks for the compliment! I just started making Liveries, I hope to improve these soon I agree they need some work. Very nice ones you made for GTA IV! And thanks for letting me know that, I used the same description as I did for the Sumter Sheriff Liveries I made, just changed the description up a bit. Will fix it!
