I believe so, They are older versions but more than likely have been phased out i tried to make it look similar to one that was in a commercial.

They mainly now use the Ford F350 as their SWAT vehicles

Actually they don't use Lenco Bearcats, they use unmarked SUVs that SWAT officers take home with them, like this one

They don't use bearcats, mostly the Ford F350 for SWAT but they have some older armored vehicles too.
