thats cool man. but give me some feed back likes dislikes in textures. i want to get better. what do you like in a texture.

My biggest advice to anyone just starting out with GTA textures is to base your designs on real departments before branching out and making your own original designs, you'll find it much easier to do and your skins will actually look like something a real department would actually use. That's another thing to think about when making your liveries, "would a real department use this design on their vehicles?" and "would someone want to use this skin?".

 

Your first few skins will be garbage, everybody's are, but just keep practicing and you'll get better. You don't have to release everything you make, only the stuff you feel real proud of and fulfill the questions above.

I see you have a Huntington Police vehicle in your banner, why not try recreating that?

thanks man ill give it a try my biggest issue is making the police letters fade and finding/ making said letters and some of the designs of some cars im only using a free online version of photo shop right now its very limited to what it can and will do.
