2. Install LAPD Ford Police Interceptor Utility (2014) mod. Use Readme_ENG instructions.
    

3. Launch OpenIV and in edit mode go to:
       Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

4. Using OpenIV open police.ytd

5. Find explorer_sign_1 and choose it.

6. Press replace button (if there isn't one, turn on Edit mode) and choose WKPD_Texture.png
