After google search I found wonderful Horry County Police Airport Division car and decided to make texture for 2016 Ford Police Interceptor.

1. Download 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Vehicle from LSPDFR.COM
 
 
2. Install 2016 Ford Vehicle mod. Use Read Me instructions.
 
    3. Launch OpenIV and in edit mode go to:
       Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday10\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

    4. Using OpenIV open police3.ytd file.

    5. Find texture with word sign in it and choose it.

    6. Press replace button (if there isn't one, turn on Edit mode) and choose Texture.png
    
    7. Close OpenIV and enjoy the game. (To spawn vehicle open RagePluginHook console and type "spawn police3" without quotes)

1. Download LSPD Vehicles Pack from LSPDFR.COM 
    3. Launch OpenIV and in edit mode go to:
       Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/lspdpack/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/lspdpack.rpf

    4. Using OpenIV open one of police#.ytd file.

    5. Find texture with word sign in it and choose it.

    6. Press replace button (if there isn't one, turn on Edit mode) and choose exact same name texture from my pack.
    
    7. Repeat steps nr. 4, 5 and 6 with all of the police#.ytd files.

    8. Close OpenIV and enjoy the game. (To spawn vehicle open RagePluginHook console and type police#. E.g. police or police2 and etc.
