This only contains one texture replacement. I am able to make more number variations upon request.

 

Install-------------------------------
Using OpenIV, navigate to GTAV/(mods)/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/police3.ytd
Replace the interceptor_sign_1 or make a new number and import the image. I've found the interceptor_sign_2 might conflict with the image. If it does delete it.
