Replace 
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\NEWEST PATCHDAY/dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ If the model is not there, just ADD IT IN. 

Model Unlocked. Edit it, BUT LEAVE ALL CREDITS. Or else it gets reported.

with no carvariations file does it have to go on police4? overwrote the police rancher policeold1 and the vehicle spawns but none of the lighting works

is anyone else having issues with backup thats in this vehicle, for me the model doesnt load untill they are really close to you

I see this is a pretty old model, but whenever i put someone in the back (arrested peds) LSPDFR crashes. I hope this get updated sometime soon 🙂
Would be great with a VCF aswell.
