This is a LSPD texture for Captain 14's 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe.

How to Install:

1. Open OPENIV

2. Navigate to the place where you installed Captain14's Tahoe.

3. Open the .ytf file.

4. Replace tahoe_sign_1, tahoe_sign_2, tahoe_sign_3, tahoe_sign_4, and tahoe_sign_5 with the ones in the file.

You're instructions are a bit off. If you open the .yft file you just view the model. The textures are located in the .ytd file. All vehicle textures always are.

I have this vehicle in my game twice, once as Sheriff2, second as a standalone LSPD vehicle.  Is there any chance at all you could make a sheriff version with this texture?
