To fix black windows:
1. Launch OpenIV.
2. Navigate to: update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5.
3. Open vehicles.meta
4. Go to the police4 line.
5. Replace the diffuseTint value to : <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />
6. Close and save.

How to Install:
1. Open OPENIV
2. Navigate to the place where you installed Captain14's Tahoe.
3. Open the .ytf file.
4. Replace tahoe_sign_1, tahoe_sign_2, tahoe_sign_3, tahoe_sign_4, and tahoe_sign_5 with the ones in the file.
