Rockford Hills Police Department liveries re-textured to appear more similar to their BHPD counterparts.
Just drag and drop the PNGs into the appropriate car model's .ytd.

Once again, this pack is unfinished. This texture has just been sitting on my work folder for a long time, and I thought I should at least make it available for people to use. As always, let me know if you guys want other car models covered.
The CVPI textures should work for the majority of CVPI models out there.
