[SKIN] SCHP Crown Victoria Skin 1.0.0

Hello LSPDFR Community,

I present you with a Crown Victoria skin (CJ24 model) from the South Carolina Highway Patrol. Skin was made by me (RipplyTiger151) and the following terms apply:

1. DO NOT USE THIS SKIN FOR CLAN USE WITHOUT FIRST MESSAGING ME!

2. DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE THIS SKIN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!

I am a South Carolinian myself and I saw a bunch of different screenshots of OK and not so OK SCHP skins, so I thought I would upload mine :D Hope you enjoy!

Note: This was a quick project for the night. I will continue work with SCHP throughout the coming weeks including a Vic skin for the Bxbugs Crown Vic as well as Explorer, Charger and Tahoe skins :)
