This program is used to edit the .xml files for callouts/plugins that support this format.  It is meant to make editing easy and enjoyable!

It does not.  I doubt it ever will, however it will hopefully be supported by many more plugins!

If I may suggest a few plugins:

Custom Backup

Siren Mastery

Just a few that would be awesome to have with this addition. Those three mods can get complicated the more you add.
