Michigan State Police for '14 Charger(carper) 1.1.0

Important: This charger does not have the classic bubble siren, and I'm not sure how to add a feature like this. Any help would be appreciated or if you want to add it yourself and re-upload that's fine too!

Hello, this is my first skin, and it won't be perfect. I edited the color multiple times to make the blue darker, let me know if you think it needs to be even darker. I plan to add additional vehicles in the future (for Michigan State Police), and then I will move on onto a new skin set, enjoy!
