Is it simple to put it on a car? 

import on zmod, giv it gta5 material and make you lightsettings

i love the whelen edge  light bar i have a Real one on my  Airport Vehicle!     Cant Wait to see it on some Police Vehicles   in GTA V

Yes but you must after the import on zmod give GTA4 Materials and set for the ELS.

Import the Vehshare and the textures provided then....  And I'm trying to convert this to a Merseyside police lightbar and need help.

I not understand. What will you with the Vehshare? After the Import on zmod make a Copy from the Gta4 Material they you will use for the Lightbar. For Metal copy the mesh Material and change the Textures, for the Glas copy the Glasmaterial, for the flashing Lights the lightsemissive. When you have this select the seperat Materials on the Lightbar and give it the copyed Gta4 Material. Link it on your Car and done.

Yes, linked it to the car, now got to map the ELS.

You must not map the lights they are maped. Only detach it for extra_1,  _2, _3 and _4.

What exactly are you doing and what happens when you load it down?

What you will. Its a .obj so that you can import on Zmod2 and 3 and convert for 4 and 5.
