This mod is a model and texture replacement for Realism Dispatch Enhanced's NOOSE TRU (s_m_y_noose_01) ped. Using Zmodeler 3, this is a custom ped made from existing parts edited to fit together in order to make a tactical, mean looking operator in a CADPAT camo with Multicam Black colors.

This model can be used without RDE, just rename the files to the name of the ped you wish to replace and put them in the correct locations.

Optional khaki (instead of CADPAT camo) textures are provided.

This ped model will be inculded in RDE 3.0 and beyond.

Installation:

Install with OpenIV:
Files from "Model and textures" folder (assuming Realism Dispatch Enhanced or GTA Realism is installed):
- "rde_componentpeds" folder to update\x64\dlcpacks\rde\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\rde_componentpeds.rpf
- "rde_componentpeds_p" folder to update\x64\dlcpacks\rde\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\rde_componentpeds_p.rpf

Cop Holster plugin config:

hello guys can you help to install that cause when i go to police office and i select noose unit i have just a blue suit of the swat but when i call noose backup they wear those uniforms or it s just for the npc ?

Edit: If you have the same issue as I did; you need both folders(just copy paste the names of the folders from here:)
FOLDER NAMES(rdf file): componentpeds_s_m_y.rdf and pedprops.rpf
Put rde_componentpeds files in the componentpeds_s_m_y.rdf and componentpeds_p files in the pedprops.rpf folder. 

However, I can't seem to get the default Noose Swat team to be this model. Only other officers. I have used swat, noose, fbi and fbi2. Fbi and fbi2 does not seem to work. Noose  and Swat works on a different mod I have (UltimateBackup); but does not work on default noose response. I will keep digging and see if I can get it fixed.

It works on "UltimateBackup"'s Swat Team and Noose Team. It does not work on default LSPDFR Noose Swat Team
