Hmm. It shouldn't add any lag when it is idle. Of course when generating event it can be stressful for cpu, but not that much. I've tested it and it was taking 100-280ms with my old crappy core2duo, so that's quite good I think. It will lag for sure at first ID check.
Really can't tell why it slows down your game. Maybe set interval for events to higher valuers and see if it helps.

left alt + x doesn't work? If you mapped device to other key it wil be left alt plus that key.

The "Alpha Version" doesn't work for me. I'll use it with Hazard's Scripthook - I mean the older version :) (1.0.0)

Nice work man! I spent 5 real time hours looking for pyromaniac in South Bohan and I got him! He pulled a gun on me so I had to kill him. Too bad. I was only looking for him cause I saw it in "News". I have read the news once and I liked it. If it is uptaded time to time, it's a very nice idea. But I didn't realize about that dynamic stories like you had experienced. I'll look thru tonight. Really we need to support this mod (and some others) as those effords must be awarded. Good job !

For now these stories are not dynamic. Arson story was made to guide players to the highest probability of car arson event. But dynamic missions will be available in future for sure.

Maybe your files of folder are read only. You can always change settings in ini file.
