Slicktop Chevy Silverado- Peoria Police Department Skin 1.0.0

I originally made this for personal use, but I figured someone out there might want this too, so here it is. It isn't perfect and can use with some minor adjustments here and there, so I'm labeling this as a work in progress, but it's basically done.

The PPD don't actually have a Chevy Silverado, but I think it looks great anyway. BlackJesus1 didn't say anything about people making skins for his vehicles in the description for this model and I've seen other skins for this truck published, so I'm assuming it's fine. If BlackJesus1 contacts me and asks me to take it down, I will without issue. Likewise, if someone from the PPD contacts me and asks me to take it down, I will.

Contact info is in the ReadMe within this download. Install instructions are also in the ReadMe. Remember to backup your files before you mod anything, it's extremely unlikely that this texture is going to crash your game, so if it's crashing, you've done something wrong.

If people like this and want more PPD skins, I've already got a few made for personal use but I could post them here for you to use.

I feel this shouldn't have to be said, but don't take this and post it elsewhere claiming you made it, it's just not cool. I'm only posting this here, so if anybody else sees this file elsewhere and could contact me, that'd be super.
