On behalf of Blue Line Designs I have decided to release a Whelen mini light bar for dev use. If theres any bugs with the light bar please report it in the comments. Anyways hope you guys enjoy.

Feel free to convert it to GTA V. Just be sure to give proper credit. Less work for me to do.
