Thanks to new "Officers on streets" policy, LCPD Lieutenants begin to appear alongside other officers.

This is a simple skin for something that LCPD always lacked - lieutenants. I based it on the real NYPD lieutenant (white shirt, diffrent badge).

Installation:

Find M_Y_COP.wtd using OpenIV (not Spark!) in componentpeds.img. Open it and look for all the files with uppr_diff_001_(any letter)_uni. If your last letter is b (uppr_diff_001_b_uni) then rename skin file to uppr_diff_001_c_uni and so on. Then turn on editing mode and open M_Y_COP.wtd again. Click on import texture and then select skin file.

It's impossible, as normal cops and lts have the same hat model.

From what I can tell looking in the pedprops.img the hat has an "_a" at the end so I'd assume you could just add another one with "_b" just like the shirt. I'm about to attempt to turn the hat and pants black myself. You'd probably do a far better job than me though, so if you have the time could you do lieutenant pants and hat? Myself, and probably fbo, would really appreciate it. :)

Never mind the hat. Seems that LCPD:FR 1.0a and Simple Native Trainer don't support alternate hat textures. Unless I didn't install it in TBoGT properly. Oddly enough I saw an AI cop wearing it. :P
