Simple Black Police Uniforms

Something I've always wanted, but could never find. The LCPD officers in plain black uniforms. Same exact uniforms, just recolored black. Includes the hat, enjoy.

Installation Instructions:

1. Open SparkIV or OpenIV

2. Navigate to: Models/cdimages/pedprops.img

3. Import the file

Hat installation:

1. Open SparkIV or OpenIv

2. Navigate to: Models/cdimages/componentpeds.img

3. Import the file

The skins themselves are also included for manual installation if you know how to do that instead. Enjoy.
