Modification Overview

Replaces the standard registration plate typeface with Fälschungserschwerende-Schrift (commonly abbreviated to FE-Schrift), a falsification-hindering "typeface" developed in the late 1970s by Karlgeorg Hoefer of the Federal Highway Research Institute of Germany.
