How do you do the airbrush fading design in the text?? Like the dark grey to light grey?

Do you use Paint.Net?

Thanks 5/5

I used Photoshop CS 5.1, it's an older version but for me once you made the text, right click on the layer, and click on "Blending Options". From there click on "gradient overlay" and customize it to your liking.

I know that is not gta iv but if it is what kind of enb is that OMG so real. If it is not gta iv then is there a car in teal life that says LCPD.

It's Neoflux's ENB with a few alterations so it could run on my old video card (NVidia 550ti).
