YOU WILL NEED THIS

WELCOME TO THE FIRST GTA5 NORTH CAROLINA HIGHWAY PATROL VEHICLE!!!!!!!

If you have never replaced a vehicle skin, simply go to the vehicle location in Open IV, Go into Edit Mode, click the .ytd files, find the file that has the original skin, click it, hit replace at the top, find my skin and you're done. (Best to extract my texture to the desktop from Winrar.)

GET THE UNIFORM!!!!

BTW, The Uniform ONLY replaces the long sleeve sheriff model, so you don't have to worry about it screwing up some other Main police skins.

How about a charger???

Ever wanted a Tahoe???

Need Some License plates?

I am Actually Not sure, it looks to me that the lights are stretched from inside the .ytd file, the best thing to do is try reinstalling the vehicle texture and car. If that doesn't fix it, you might have to play with it inside the .ytd file. I honestly haven't had this issue. So sorry if that doesn't help, I will try to brake mine and see how to fix it.
