CVPI and Dodge Charger Skins 1.0

This is my first skin I have created and I am excited to share it with all of you :D

Using my imagination, I created a Traffic Enforcement Division texture for CVPI's and a DUI Enforcement Texture for 2010 and older Dodge Charger Models.

Criticism is welcome!! Please go easy since it is my first skin.

I use both exterior lightbar and slicktop units with these skins and if you would like the vehicle models I am using, PM me and I will give them to you privately.

Crown Victoria Skin Features:

Yellow and Black Reflective Advisor along doors.

Bumper Sticker that says "I am not driving to slowly. It is called the speed limit"

Emergency DIAL 911 text on both rear sides.

"We Know All, We See All" text on both front sides.

Unit 003 on roof.

TED acronym on trunk

Dodge Charger Skin Features:

Neon Green and Black Reflective Advisor along the bottom of the whole car.

POLICE DUI ENFORCEMENT Text along the rear of the car.

Features two DUI stickers on rear.

Police Liberty City Text along both side doors.

DUI ENFORCEMENT along both front sides.

Save on computer!

Open SparkIV, Select CDIMAGES. Click on the vehicle you wish to add texture. Click EDIT. Find Police_Sign_1 or whatever it is called for that file. Click import texture. Place this texture into the file. PLAY GTAIV AND ENJOY!!
