Hey Guys, This is my fist vehicle texture, simply because I wanted a LSPD Texture For this Tahoe. Modify and do with it as you please, Just shout me out if you repub. Thanks.
If you have never replaced a vehicle skin, simply go to the vehicle location in Open IV, Go into Edit Mode, click the .ytd files, find the file that has the original skin, click it, hit replace at the top, find my skin and you're done. (Best to extract my texture to the desktop from Winrar.)

Change The "Safety, Service and Security" To "Los Santos County". If you would rather have it. NOTE: THE SCREENSHOTS HAVE THE ORIGINAL "Safety, Service and Security" ON THE REAR FENDER. THE LAST SCREENSHOT SHOWS THE NEWER FENDER WITH "Los Santos County" ON IT.
