Installation

Step 1: Find - GTA V/update/x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

(Install the skin to where ever you have placed your CVPI, I am using this as an Example)

Step 2: Look for (What ever you file name Is) and (What ever you file name Is) and replace cvpi_sign_1 With any of the templates given.

(I did not Included a clear light bar yet, that Is being worked on as of this moment)
