Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office, South Dakota based liveries 1.0.0

Hello!

This is my first ever upload. I made these MCSO liveries for my five m server. They are lore friendly, and are Los Santos County. I put a lot of effort into the liveries for my server and figured I'd share them! There's almost nothing for South Dakota and I want to change that. The liveries fit on a wide range of current vehicle models that most devs use. For example, the 2020 and 2025 FPIU are Kane's model. The liveries are colorable so if you wanna switch up from the white, you can!

I also have the new style Sioux Falls Police Department, Canton, and South Dakota Highway Patrol liveries so let me know if you would be interested! I also have a San Andreas University Police that is not based off anything but instead my own design!

I will add updates with new cars as I randomly make new ones for new cars added to my server.
